Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

There's no TIME limitation for ANY of the paid software returns. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and must be unedited in anyways.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at arwglacy@hotmail.com to request a refund or directly contact us within www.alprogramming.com. After applying for a refund, E-mail the current installation of the software in a zip with all components including the setup file, 
At the end of a successful refund, you download and run the exe that we send, and send us back the results in order to we ensure that you uninstalled the software:


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least one (1) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, 
depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note
           
     You can refund paid tools/software any time you need if it meets the requirements:   
     ●     You must send us your installation folder with its all components(DLL's, subfolders, etc.)(Must be unedited.) and the setup file(Must be unedited.). After e-mailing, you must delete all the software itself and its all other components.   
     ●     The software must not be opened or used for any archive extraction both before and after the application of a refund. If it is, then your application for a refund will be denied.    
     ●     If you apply for a refund before one week from the purchase of software, and if your reason for the refund is a bug or an issue, you can get a refund by sending a screenshot with other necessary files and reporting the exact issue to us by e-mail.   
     ●     And please be aware of that if you will proceed with a refund successfully, you are no longer able to get updates for that    
     ●     At the end of a successful refund, you have to download and run the exe that we send and send us back the results in order to ensure that you uninstalled the software.
