Hi, the bones are avaliable with the fbx export of the Geomorph. It exports it as a separete .psk file since there are no weight support. If and when the weight support arrives, this will change and they'll be in the same file.

Also, if there's anything in particular that you wait for the updates to bring, you can tell us and we can tell you how that matter's going.

Hi, yes the tool is still alive and gets updates. We just prefer to post updates when we have a good amount of new content (in terms of compatibility) to bring to you unless there's a critical bug that has to be cleared out asap. Just to give you a heads up for the next update, highlights are; there will be decompression support for Despair engine(Fear3, World of Tanks, etc.), Full support for all Anvil Engine games including Ghost Recon Breakpoint, AC Valhalla, and its DLCs, support for Metro(4A Engine) and LithTech Engine games, name and encryption support for Frostbite Engine, hopefully, support for Evolve Stage 2 and re-support for Hunt Showdown(it's not certain though) and more. We'll release patch notes with the update. The release date is still not definite since we deal with so many other things. But we can assure you that even if we can't keep you informed regularly, we're always working.

If you only want to restore the UnArch Tool version you have, get UnArch Tool Free Edition from the store and login. The software will automatically switch to the version you have. 😉

Yes, it's actually something we were thinking about for a while. Since the format is easy it won't be too much effort to add it.

Some games that we add with updates might be inconsistent with Geomorph sometimes. We didn't spend that much time on those formats' Geomorph section since they're not big additions. But since you're interested in it, we can take a look and see what's wrong.

Is your game from Origin or Steam?

We've looked at the format again and it still works. Can you send one of the pak files that you're trying to extract?

I assume the issue is with the same game, if not please tell us which game you're experiencing this. Have you tried the solution that we've suggested, moving the output folder to somewhere else preferably to another disk? If it didn't solve it, please let us know so we can check if something's changed with the format since we added support for it.

Thank you for writing it on the forum. About the HDR textures; yes Texmorph may be incompetent for them, so if you could send us the samples or tell us the filename that you're trying, we can adapt it. And for the poses, even if in TC's screenshots it's shown as regular A-pose, the default one is the one you receive with the tools. It's just since we don't support weights, we don't apply the default pose to the skeleton and that results in that.

You can extract them with the tool that you believe that's extracting correctly if you want. The header cut is on purpose and mandatory for Geomorph Tool which Unarch designed to work with.

Hi, figuring out the new format of the Hunt isn't our number one priority right now. But like we said in our latest FAQ, if you have a model that you want before the DeSalle, you can tell us and we can extract it for you for free. And even some models that have been added after the update can be found before the DeSalle files. They can put them there sometimes for allocation purposes. So if you could tell us which models you're looking for, we can take a look for you.

@RuV Hi, thank you for your question. Some Gears 5 characters have their textures in another relevant folder. For example, to get Gears 5 Kait's face textures, you should look into OG Kait's folder. You can predict it by material numbers. For example, if you have mat02 and mat03, that means you're looking for mat01. This way, you can find it easily by searching.
